Chris Burch is not only a prominent professional he is also a man of compassion. Chris gives back to the community through his creation of the Christopher Burch Foundation. This foundation was created in honor of Chris Burch’s son, Christopher Burch. Christopher passed away at the age of 29 while working on a road expansion project. His death left his family devastated. While honoring the 30th birthday of Christopher Burch his family reflected on the amazing accomplishments of his short life. He was a supportive uncle, a great friend, and a warm family member. On this day his family began searching for ways to help other people know about the way Christopher Burch blessed the world . They found an answer the following day. On Chris’ birthday a father of three suffered fatality after falling off of a house while. The Burch family contacted the family and there was an instant connection which developed into a friendship.
On July 23, 2013 a few friends and family met for lunch and a bike ride in honor of Christopher Burch. However, there ended up being much more support. Over 82 people attended the luncheon and 32 biked. This is the origination of what has become the Christopher Burch Foundation which was created in honor of Chris’ son.
